Information we collect
Sajuman has no account or login system. We do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or phone number.
The birth date, gender and birth time you enter for a Saju reading — and any name you enter for the name-reading feature — are used solely to compute your result in real time. This input data is never written to a database or server.
Our no-storage principle
Sajuman has no database. The birth date and time you enter are not stored on our servers.
The result page URL contains a token that encodes your input. Your result is re-computed from this token each time the page loads. Your data exists only inside that URL token. If you share the URL with someone, they will see the same result. If you do not share it, your data is never exposed externally.
Anonymous visit statistics and cookies
To improve the quality and operation of this service, we collect anonymous visit statistics that cannot identify any individual. Specifically, we collect:
- Anonymous visitor cookie
__sajuman_v— a random UUID, not linked to your name, email, phone or birth date. Used only to deduplicate daily visit counts. - Hashed IP address — used only to identify a first visit when no cookie is present. The raw IP is never stored. A SHA-256 + salt hash is kept as a deduplication key for 36 hours, then automatically deleted.
- Pages visited · Feature category · Page view count — aggregated numbers only (e.g. "1,234 dream-interpretation views today").
- Average dwell time — when you leave a page, the time spent on that page is sent as a one-time beacon. We accumulate the total average only; we do not track which individual visited which page for how long. Values are clamped to 1 second–30 minutes to filter bots and idle tabs.
We also use the following client-side temporary storage:
- SessionStorage:
sajuman.intro(one-time intro display flag) andsajuman.healed(one-time cache self-heal flag). Both are automatically deleted when you close the browser tab. - CSRF token cookie: a short-lived cookie created when you submit a form (reviews, celebrity requests). Invalidated immediately after submission.
- Rate-limit IP hash: an IP hash + counter kept for 1 hour to block excessive requests. Raw IPs are never stored.
Advertising and third-party cookies (Google AdSense)
Sajuman displays advertisements through Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-9131607323805119).
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and tracking technologies to serve interest-based ads.
This data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy — Sajuman does not directly collect or store it.
To opt out of personalised advertising, visit Google's ad settings. You can also block cookies through your browser settings; note that doing so may limit some features (e.g. ad display).
Celebrity Saju pages — use of public information
Celebrity Saju pages use publicly available birth dates from sources such as Wikipedia. All analyses are clearly labelled as for entertainment and reference only. We do not make definitive assertions about any individual's character or life.
If you are the subject (or their legal representative) and wish to have a page removed, please submit a request via the Celebrity Saju request page. We will process confirmed removal requests within 1–3 business days.
PWA (home-screen app) and service worker
Sajuman supports PWA installation. When installed, your browser caches CSS, images and icons locally for faster loading. This cache contains no Saju input data or results. It can be cleared at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Your rights
Because Sajuman does not store personal information (name, email, birth date etc.) on our servers, there is no data to request access to, correct or delete.
If you previously shared a result URL, stopping sharing that URL effectively removes all external access.
To remove the anonymous visitor cookie (__sajuman_v), delete Sajuman's cookies through your browser's cookie management tool. A new anonymous ID will be issued on your next visit.
