Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Saju reading service provided by Sajuman (SAJUMAN, hereinafter "the Service"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the Service.

Article 2 — Service description

Sajuman provides traditional Korean astrology (Myeongnihak) based Saju readings from your birth date, gender and birth time — completely free of charge. No account or login is required. The main features are:

The Service generates readings using a verified lunisolar calendar engine combined with human-reviewed interpretation modules. Sajuman may change or discontinue any feature of the Service without prior notice for the purpose of quality improvement.

Article 3 — Nature of content and disclaimer

All content provided by Sajuman (Saju readings, compatibility, name readings, Tojeong Bigyeol, dream interpretations, Celebrity Saju, daily fortunes, zodiac fortunes, etc.) is based on traditional Korean astrology, East Asian numerology and folk traditions. It is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only and is not a basis for medical, legal, financial or career decisions.

Saju originates in a centuries-old East Asian scholarly tradition but is not a scientifically verified predictive method. Users bear full responsibility for any decisions made using Sajuman's content. For any serious matter, please consult a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.).

Article 3-2 — Celebrity Saju pages and removal procedure

Celebrity Saju pages are auto-generated entertainment and reference analyses using only birth dates from publicly available sources such as Wikipedia. All pages avoid definitive statements about fortune or character, and results may not reflect the actual person's life or personality.

If you are the subject, their management company or legal representative and wish to have a page removed, you must complete both of the following steps:

When both requirements are met, we will unpublish the page and request removal from search engine indexes within 1–3 business days. If only one step is completed, the request may not be processed in order to prevent impersonation or malicious removal attempts. Simple requests from fans or unrelated third parties are handled through the site form only.

Fraudulent or impersonation requests are prohibited. Anyone submitting a false or impersonating removal request may face legal action under applicable laws. Connection metadata is retained for legal proceedings.

Article 3-3 — Dream interpretation and Saju glossary

The dream interpretation dictionary and Saju glossary are educational and reference content presenting traditional interpretations and astrology terminology in plain language. They must not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis, prophecy or divination.

Sajuman may hide or delete user reviews for any of the following reasons:

All content within the Service — text, design, interpretation modules, visual artifacts, icons — is owned by Sajuman or by a third party with valid rights.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works or commercial use of Sajuman's content is prohibited. Sharing a result URL with friends or posting a screenshot on personal social media is permitted.

Article 5 — Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in the following while using Sajuman:

Sajuman displays advertisements (Google AdSense) to fund the free service. Ads are served automatically under Google's policies and may include personalised ads based on your interests or browsing history. Using an ad blocker does not restrict any Service functionality.

Article 8 — Changes to these Terms

Sajuman may update these Terms in response to changes in applicable law or service policy. Any changes will be announced on this page along with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 9 — Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as prescribed by the Korean Code of Civil Procedure.
